   MISSION STATEMENT

-To provide cooperative knowledge and vocational and entrepreneurial skills necessary for cooperative development.

-To train personnel armed with theoretical and technical knowledge necessary for establishing and managing cooperative and related organizations

-To carry out study and research in cooperative development and related matters.

-To organize short-training courses, workshops and conferences.
